Before a product is released it goes through a series of tests. First is the sample test, where the product is examined for any faults and the quality is verified. From there, fittings are done to ensure the comfort and fit of the item. Once these tests are completed and approved, the product may be released.

Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 days. International shipping times may differ depending on location and service used.
